Desert Moon Designs Studios and Gallery’s May exhibit, Mixed Media Mamas celebrates motherhood, whether it’s the love between mother and child or the respect for the Earth as the mother of humanity. The exhibit runs May 11- June 4, 2012.
The Mixed Media Mamas exhibit at Desert Moon Designs Studios & Gallery brings together a diverse group of mixed media work from Cynthia Lee, Peggy DeBell, Kathryn Nidy-Cukier and Ginger Huebner who celebrate the inspiration that motherhood brings to both art and life.
“First and foremost, these women inspire all mothers to dedicate time to one self – time that nourishes the psyche and provides an avenue to express creative ideas fulfilling an inner purpose or their own inner child,” says Julie Spalla, artist-gallery owner of Desert Moon Designs.
